My work out routine is done at home not the gym.
I have a list and track it for points at [url]www.sparkpeople.com [/url]
lower ab raises 65 [reverse crunch]
crunches 65
over head arm lift with #5 wts. 35 [ to get rid of "wings"] I need to increase this to #7-10 lbs wts. now.
wall push ups using my wt. as resistance
forward lunge 35
lateral lunge 35
calf raises 25
mini squats 35
stretch before
Brisk Walk 25-30 min. w/ small hill on the route.
I do these daily to keep blood sugar in check.
Have pre-diabetic condition.
[I had gestational diabetes.]

Yesterday I did my walk and dug holes for roses.
Today I cleaned the front swept and entry porch etc. looks great now!
Zone work and be exercise too!
I've been working in the garden;
moving & planting stuff
did that most of the day
counting this for my exercise today.
Did some wts. and will still do wall push ups soon as I get off here;
will walk w/ hubby in a bit a short walk.
This helps with our backs as per. chiropractor recommends. |

Today's exercise was sweeping at the job site clean up.
Then some shopping.
Isn't it great that shopping is walking for exercise? |
