Today it's shopping at the garden shop for me.
Belated birthday shopping I'm looking for a new rose bush;
some lavender plants too.
I'll have to take the truck to haul stuff home!

Yesterday I got three new rose bushes.
I got the ones that smelled the best
in colors that I liked.
Then after an early dinner around I planted them.
Hubby was working late so this worked out great!
Summer has returned 94* yesterday  here so I was glad to get
these in the ground I chose shade for them b/c they do best there here.
One was red, one peace and one like a peace only had red edges! |

For some me time today I've been reading some Little House on the Prairie type books only these are from an adult perspective; these are a set of three I finished the first two and today I started the third one . Sure makes me think differently about the things that I have here for modern appliances; and the way we get around.

Friday Free day Flirting with fun.
Today I'm back from town
had some fun checked on the job site no work today there
and got a book to read had lunch
journaled while there on the patio I had it to myself!
Loved that!
Found a tag punch and got that with my gift card!
After that I went to the fruit stand found
a Bisquick cook book for $1.oo
don't have to wait for it to come in the mail!
Yea love that too!
Got a pulot cross between a apricot and plum
have a hole dug
water in it soaking I'm going to plant the seed.
Called my friend yesterday and she said some bulb co.
might have trees like that I"m going to check there later.
On the way home stopped by a yard sale and saw a friend there.
Used to see them going to yard sales now they we're having them!
Got a stool to go with a table we have;
@ the thrift shop got a foot soaker for pedicures
and a ME {Mary Englibrit }journal. |

Create a seasonal retreat and gathering to remember
if you can risk getting lost some where along the day you
might stumble upon opening that link you to your depth.
